This is a design prototype and not a live booking service. The points below describe how the real terms would be framed.
What our verification means
A verification report describes what an assessor checked, how and when. It is detailed information to help you decide, not a guarantee that a property suits every person or need. We are clear about which claims we checked and which rest on the host’s word.
Booking requests during the pilot
You send a request and the host confirms the property and any support before payment is taken. If a confirmed stay does not match its listing in a significant way, our trust and complaints process applies.
Fair and clear information
We present pricing, availability, rankings and claims fairly. The real service would be built with specialist UK advice on equality law, consumer protection, payments, data protection, insurance and fire safety before taking any booking.
